| Dr. Dominick P. Agostin has been practicing
dentistry in the town of Wilton in Fairfield County, Connecticut
since 1973. A talented and committed dentist, Dr. Agostin
is devoted to providing exceptional dental care for his
patients and to help them achieve a beautiful smile. Dr.
Agostin’s passion is being creative and useful in
problem solving the dental needs of his patients. He has
called his fillings and crowns his “unsigned miniature
sculptures.” The dynamic changes in dental technology
have given Dr. Agostin many exciting new solutions to
offer his patients.
After earning his bachelor’s degree from Columbia
University, Dr. Agostin earned his doctor of dental
surgery from Georgetown University School of Dentistry.
That same year, Dr. Agostin established his general
practice in the town of Wilton.
Dr. Agostin is a member of the following professional
organizations:
- American Dental Association
- Connecticut State Dental Association
- Norwalk Dental Society
- Wilton Dental Study Club
- Connecticut Society of Dentistry for Children (past
president)
Dr. Agostin is very active in community affairs. He
has served for many years as dental consultant on the
Board of Nursing and Home Care for the Tri-town area.
He serves as the consulting and on-call dentist for
several nursing homes and assisted living centers in
town. Additionally, he serves in
the same capacity for several of the nursery and pre-school
programs. His empathy and concern cover a wide population.
With his wife, Marie, Dr. Agostin raised his three
sons in Wilton. He was very active in youth activities
and coached Wilton soccer, Pop Warner football, and
Little League baseball. Dr. Agostin was part of the
initial committee forming the Wilton Youth Projects.
He continues to serve on the Wilton High School Financial
Aid Committee since 1991. He has also served on the
Boards of the Kiwanis Club and The United Way.
In his spare time, his hobbies include gardening and
photography, examples of which can be viewed both outside
as well as inside the office. Upon request, photos of
