We are delighted to welcome new patients to our practice. Each day we strive to provide excellent, comprehensive dental care. New dental materials and techniques are constantly evolving, and our office tries to stay current with them. Our friendly staff is also here to ensure that you receive your care in a warm, comforting office. If you have a special need or concern, please share it with any one of our experienced team members.

Appointments
At the first appointment, patients can expect to have a complete examination, a routine cleaning, and any necessary X-rays. Dr. Agostin uses the results from these tests to determine what the best treatment plan is for you. However, he also values your input and concerns, and pays close attention to them so he can incorporate them into your treatment plan. We try to confirm all appointments in advance, but please call us if we can’t reach you. We request that you call us at least 24 hours ahead of time. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who needs to see the doctor.

Emergencies
Emergency dental problems are to be taken seriously. If you are experiencing pain, please never hesitate to call us for an appointment or a phone consultation. In case of emergency, we will make every effort to see you promptly. If the emergency takes place after hours, our twenty-four hour answering service will locate and contact the doctor for you.

Payments/Insurance
One of our goals is help you receive the best quality of dental care that you need or desire. We try to make your dental expenses more affordable for you. We accept cash, check, or MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. For more extensive treatment, payment plans can be established. If you have dental insurance, we will electronically submit claims for you and do our best to maximize your benefits. We do not participate in any group dental network but will gladly submit your claims as well. In order for us to complete these claims in a timely manner, we ask that you keep our records of your insurance plan current.

Preventing Infection
Our dental office meets or exceeds all CDC and OSHA health and safety standards. To keep our office clean and safe, only the most modern and advanced processes are used. We steam-sterilize all of our equipment and hand pieces, use many disposable dental materials, and utilize specially designed waterline valves in order to prevent cross contamination and infection. Should you have any questions regarding any of our infection procedures, we are always ready to address your concerns.
